Our room was large with dryers and a central aircon whose temperature ca n't be adjusted apart from Hi, for instance, slept well. We walked everywhere, the location was nice and easy, in centre of town. The daily service was good.

Well, Wi-Fi was awful.

Unbeatable, comfortable location very close to the subway and the train and buses and the subway and the Maruyama Park-temple, nature. A new-fashioned and well-maintained room provided with the triple bedroom and a central aircon, as example.

Comfortable location, within a close distance from a cyprus-wood castle. Positioned in the shopping area, not far from the nearby Nishi market and shopping belt around there and shopping belt and the subway and the train.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was modern and impeccably clean with good location close to several bus lines as well as the subway. Location: the venue was right by Kyoto Station as well as public transport. The lunch in Gohandokoro Yaosada just close to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

Stayed in a lively historic area, had fire extinguishers , first floor restaurant , and free bread in lounge! Also, loved doing laundry and buying drinks onsite, so convenient.

Just adored the fact that there was no wardrobe or storage space, really added to the joy of my 7-night stay!

The staff was friendly and willing to assist with any queries or requests. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. the beds were not comfortable, with lumpy mattresses that provided little support.

Stayed at En Hotel and had a comfortable room with a beautiful view of the city. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was clean. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi and had a convenient location near public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Kyoto.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel's lobby. The beautiful marble decor and comfortable seating areas made me feel right at home. As a senior, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with its spacious elevators and well-marked corridors. It was easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any difficulties.

I wish the children working there could have been a little bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.
